Host Agreement

This draft agreement explains the operating rules for ROYA hosts and agencies during private beta.

Eligibility

• Hosts must be 18+ and may be asked for identity or payout verification.
• Hosts must follow ROYA community rules and local laws.
• Agencies are responsible for the hosts they onboard.

Earnings

• Host earnings may come from gifts, private video, bonuses, contests, or agency programs.
• ROYA may hold, review, reverse, or reject earnings connected to fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• Final revenue share and payout thresholds are configured before public launch.

ROYA is a social live platform, not an adult services marketplace. Explicit sexual content, solicitation, and unsafe behavior are not allowed.
